Hopefully! I just need to make sure I keep them in stock! I with biolyte wasn't so pricey bc I'll sip on one of those across the day too. But since they're pricey I keep them saved for an emergency pick-me-up

Unfortunately bananas hate me 😔 (any time I eat them or drink smoothies with them I get HORRIBLE stomach and intestinal pain) My cardiologist never actually formally diagnosed me but he highly suspects it's pots and told me to put more salt in my food to manage it for the most part.

I haaaaate it when I start having symptoms and then I do something that's supposed to help pots and I start feeling better. Wdym I'm perfectly hydrated it's just I didn't eat enough salt so my body decided to tank my blood pressure.
