I’ve formed an irreplaceable bond with this wolf spider in the woods. But this was not the only notable spider encounter — a spider climbed onto my sword and daddy longlegs crawled on the exterior of my tent at night. I welcome all non-venomous spiders into my home and wish them utmost comfort.

the actual best thing about Portland is that it has fewer cops per capita than basically any city in the U.S. i hate every single one of these gutless cowards. fuck you and your fucking badge. i say this from a position of journalistic objectivity.
