QOTW: It’s not the goriest game ever, but Silent Hill 3 has some serious squick. In particular, I’m thinking of the scene at the very end where Heather vomits a fetus (don’t worry, it was evil) only for the antagonist to pick it up and swallow the little beastie down. And that’s the good ending!
