I was also stunned by the lack of any reference to practical steps but I hope that these governments would step up further. A special fund should be created to support the Court.

Today, the world divides into those who support international law and those who do not. A Nobel Peace Price for Navi Pillay on one hand - on the other, a brazen MOVE to undermine the institution established to end impunity for atrocity crimes. We need more than talk from Canada and its allies.
