Well put it this way, most Unions have to come to agreements with companies about NOT using CVR for punitive issues. It is not a given that CVRs will not be used for punitive action by companies, not by a long shot.

Want cameras? Then MX folks wear them, dispatchers are video taped, as are ATC facilities! The problem is not being videoed, it is subpar managers/management/FAA using it for reasons other than accident investigations. I am all for it..IF, and only if, it is only used in accident investigations!
