Heartbroken by the loss of Philipp Köker, a brilliant political scientist, a generous colleague, and a dear friend. His work on institutions in democracies and autocracies will keep speaking. His chapter on presidents in Poland in our OUP Handbook still opens the module I teach. We will miss him.
