Its wild that your Supreme Court has struck down even common sense storage laws like requiring guns be kept in a safe. Well, common sense in a sane country. I'm afraid there will be many more of these tragedies and the SC has ensured you can't do a damn thing about it.

I think the “troubled” is describing behavior, not educational needs. Taking a gun to a school with evil intent is the act of a troubled person. The two are unrelated.
