We dont need ‘statement of intent’ signings. We had enough of those during the Moshiri era. EFC will improve thru a steady rebuild over several seasons. Once we’re regularly qualifying for Europe, then we can start making the eye catching ‘statement signings’. 99% of EFC transfers rumours are fake.
