Science (and Berlin science in particular) are in a very bad state. I am not gonna tell you to hang in there because I hate when people tell me that. We should not have to hang in there. The system must change to support excellent scientists like you and me with a safe job. Things must change

I have been told that - at least in Germany (“Zugbereitstellungsstörung”) - this often means that the driver went to the depot and could not find the train and then had to go look for it.
