My new favourite end of year wrap up! Students come up with 26 things we learned from A to Z. Toss an object in a bucket to see how many points. So much fun AND interesting to hear what they remember working on. #MusicEducation #BandTeacher #MiddleSchoolBand #Grade6Music

Get It Done Day! this week. 1. Current grade given 2. Ss told what needs / can get done 3. They prioritize what they want to accomplish in class + what to leave for tonight to pass in tomorrow 4. They get the *satisfaction* of crossing things off their list! Love the improvements I’m hearing!

My bandies had their final concert last night and—they crushed it. No exaggeration. Full stop. They didn’t just play the notes. They made music. So proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💙🎶 #BandLife #MusicEd #StudentMusicians #BlueSkyBand #BandMatters #BandDirector
