It's not pain per se but my spasticity is calmed down alot by a weighted blanket folded and draped over my quads, just above the knees. Makes it much easier to sleep. #disability For reference, I am 60 yo F, 140 ish lbs. I do not use the blanket as a regular blanket for warmth, but for pressure.

My Left Foot and King Gimp! Both are favorites of mine but my daughter who has CP won't watch either all the way through.
