Rats are definitely in-house though I bet he's got a couple front businesses, a vermin-catching service here, a butcher shop there, all under pseudonyms because you can't expect such an important man to own such dirty businesses openly

(And it's kind of lending some credence to an idea that I have that a lot of the outrage talking points are coming from people who haven't read it and are just going off a small handful of reviews that were done in bad faith.)
