So if you're in NZ, avoid Zeronet.co.nz as a mobile provider. What a shitshow. - eSIM doesn't work - they charge you anyway - won't answer email (7 days) - won't answer messaging (8 days) - "live" chat fails completely - "Zero" service or communication - Can't Xfer number b/c can't get SIM serial
