For a while the existence of soybean oil confused me because I thought soybeans are the source of proteins. Not oils. But apparently it's both.

I cook for myself everyday and everyday it's just oven steak from discounted meat and stir-fried veggies. that can be done in 10-20 minutes and that's another reason I should not have kids because they would HATE my cooking lol
