My lil baby orb weaver spider went missing a day after hurricane isaias. She is now spotted on the opposite side of the car port WITH a beautiful web, and she is looking good. I fed her a full grown big house roach, threw it in her web, a few days before the storm. My girl. We are friends.

Birthdays have been sad/anxiety-inducing since I separated from my former friend group 1.5 years ago. I was still in mortuary school last year and couldn't really celebrate, so I was nervous this year would hit harder, but it was truly great. I’m so relieved. Finding yourself again is scary.
