I love fresh flowers but can’t always justify the cost. In Japan I bought myself this little flower display. I rummage around my garden and I only need a couple of sprigs of rosemary and one flower to make a difference. These are sold in UK. I’ve seen them in Selfridges for about £28. So lovely.

I’m a Pensioner. I would have accepted that. Although the timing was wrong and it wasn’t a smart Move. I think WFA should be means tested and treated like other pension credits. Poorly executed.

People need to be more involved in politics and educating people they know about it and importance of voting. Whilst ignorance or delusion empowers Trump and Farage we all need to be accountable. It’s painful, but talk about politics more not less.

I won’t be watching ITV on Sunday. I’m away. But I wouldn’t watch it if I were here anyway. I don’t need to be shown the vileness of Reform, its Councillors, its MPs, its supporters and voters. I know exactly who they are. Always have. They’re the very worst of us.

Apart from the obvious, they’re like him. I think they really are left behind and hate the ‘establishment’ who have consistently let them down. He offers them retribution and hope that it could be different. It’s not easy to explain.
