Garden Grove and environs (Little Saigon) is the largest and oldest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam. Think Eden Center x50+. Wish I had more time to explore, but I’ll be happy with the best banh xeo I’ve had from Quan Mii. It was also the first time I had it served with rice paper for wrapping.

#Dinner last night. Our beloved Angel’s Tijuana Tacos. We finally got The Potato (a giant baked potato topped with al pastor, cheese, salsas, guacamole, onions & cilantro. Three of us split it. And tacos de pollo. 😍🐷🥔🐓🌮🇲🇽❤️
