Michael, one of the orgs listed in the Amnesty Report is "For Women Scotland." One of their founders was Magdalen Berns (deceased) who called trans people "sick, pathetic fucks" online. All the orgs listed regard Berns as a free speech hero. Is it really defamatory to say they are anti-trans? 1/

The head of LGB Alliance has Magdalen Berns as her Twitter header. Michael Foran, whom would be considered a legal expert by most people in these orgs, agreed with me that for legal purposes Berns would could be defined as a transphobe by law.
