When testing models and their predictions, I like to point out that if a model's prediction is accurate you learn very little, because you already had the model. Every single time I have discovered something new with models it was preceded by an unexpectedly failed prediction.

Had a really lovely week in Lyon, France 🇫🇷 at the European Working Memory Symposium where I got to share my findings about children’s gaze patterns when they are remembering visuospatial or verbal information (poster below). And when they need to recall spatial info in forwards or backwards order.
