I spent a half hour trying to figure out the right way to formulate a paragraph for my book's introduction and when it finally clicked into place, I literally clapped my hands and said "that's it!" out loud. That's the kind of pure nerdy excitement that AI steals from us.

As a kids' non fic publisher, I took it as my duty to check facts using subject experts, where the author wasn't an expert. (You can take the publisher out of Usborne, you can't take the Usborne out of the publisher.) But whoever's job it truly is, don't throw your editor under a bus, lads!
