I'm just.. Get a priority ticket in at 5:30pm from a InfoSec manager from another agency, stating they can't upload to their dropbox (self-hosted here by us) share on a guest account. Needed to be done today. Permissions are right, everything looks as expected.

it was the english default voice (sony wi-c100) afaik you can change the language via an app, which will then upload a new set of sounds
