- combine the two by writing a novella and then padding it to 400 pages - remember, neither protagonists not anyone else needs any likeable or even relatable trait
Show PostWhat I, a Romance Novelist, can learn from litfic: --Don't be scared to bang on at incredible length, or, conversely, to write a novella and charge £8.99! Just make sure the font size is set really big.
Show PostLiterally just once can someone write a piece like that about crime, and how they've discovered that actually reading a book with a mystery that gets solved makes you feel good, even if the plot goes along a predictable path that includes clues and a detective.
