Yup - EVERY TIME. 😖 Half the time we fight, half I pretend I didn't hear, & it's always exhausting. Plus I don't like having my buttons deliberately pushed. But also, they are toddlers with a shiny toy. There is no attempt to think anything through & I worry re their (lack of) reasoning skills

I have to change my morning habits to have healthier breakfasts to make my brain do the work better. More proteins, more omega-3, no more sitting with my coffee for a nice hour before eating breakfast. Might even impact how I watch films/TV in the morning. Bleh change.
