My son started on Zep in Feb 25 after the anti-psychotic he was prescribed last summer caused him to gain 75lbs. He's lost about 75% of the gain thus far. I'm on it too. I have MS, and the 7-day dosing schedule messed with my cortisol regulation->anxiety, so moved to a 5-day schedule. Much better.
