1 - This is not the same level data that was used in Clark County's analysis and cannot be compared to it. However the anomaly in Erie is most prevalent between 55-85% turnout which is a pattern I've noticed in precinct level data. 2 - PA does not (and will not) release CVR or ballot image data.
