Have you heard the good news friend? I’ve done the elliptical 3 times since I was cleared for “normal” activities, post knee surgery. Overall it’s been great. I do light resistance still and not for very long. My overall knee pain is reduced and my flexion has improved. Still a little swelling. 😁
