A lot of people are asking me this and I’m not sure why. But I disavow the Mario Brotherhood
Show Postanyway, compromising on human rights, while at the same time attacking Hasan Piker *for no reason* (he is literally not even an elected or running for office).. really shows everyone who you really side with
Show Postyour "one little compromise" is sacrificing everything you have, while they lose nothing and gain the ability to point out your dishonesty. Pointing out their dishonesty means nothing to them, because to them, lying is a display of power
Show Postand the thing is, "compromise" is such an obvious trick, because it tells voters that your core values are negotiable. People simply wont believe you if you speak of human rights and then throw them to the wolves. To the right, compromise is a trick they play because they just value the power
Show PostHitler came to power because the "moderates" worked to seek a compromise with nazis while refusing to cooperate with the "extreme" left in forming an anti-nazi coalition. Anyway, for the dems who "want to stop the maga agenda" there's a clear path & compromising on trans rights isn't it.
