The rain did stay offshore; any high clouds thin out for fine day. Sunshine again Wednesday. Low-mid teens south; 10-13 north. A storm passing south of NS Thursday looks to clip NS with rain at times heavy (EU model pushes rain over all NS). Showers (snow possible CB), cold & windy Friday.
