#ThriftFinds update. 'Stitch Happens' soft enamel pin, from Kelli Fannin Quilt Designs, based on one of her quilt patterns. This 2" wide pin was completely missed by a Goodwill sorter, as it was tucked on the lower back of a $2.49 20x16" embroidered & quilted wall hanging. I bought for the fabric.

I sat down at my sewing machine to finish the border on a quilt and my partner's cat, Stinky Boy, jumped up on my lap to assist me. And by assist, I mean knocking all my spools of thread and seam rippers and pins onto the floor. All cats harbor at least a touch of psychopathy. The culprit:

The first-ever laying out the quilt blocks. Too late in the day to clear the entire floor for full layout (10 by 11 blocks) but it's interesting seeing how everything looks together.
