Agreed, but part of the problem is that there are adequate laws, or were before the current SCOTUS, but they haven’t been fully enforced since Reagan

Instead of calling it a wealth tax, Congress should SIMPLY raise the upper income tax bracket to where it was under REAGAN at 50%. Then states wouldn't have to worry about imposing wealth taxes and companies could operate from any state more equally. It's really that simple!
