Once I said to my therapist - a 70 year old Orthodox jew w/ no real background in lgbt therapy - I said "I went to the store earlier and I had a panic attack because I didn't shower and do my makeup, do you think I should unpack this?" And he said "no, you're a woman, you want to look beautiful." 🙂‍↕️
