📚 Banned Books Week is Oct. 4–10. Writers should be free to write books. People should be free to decide what they read. Read a banned book. Support your library and local bookstore. Speak up for the freedom to read and write. Protect our freedoms. #BannedBooksWeek #NWUOregon @nwu.org

In addition to contributing to genocides against trans people and Palestinians, the NYT is also ripping off freelance contributors without credit. All the more reason to boycott them! Solidarity with exploited freelance writers -- as someone who freelanced for ages, I know how tough it is

If you haven't heard, yes trans folks are asking for a boycott of NYT. But also, they got caught plagiarizing. Which means they probably didn't get caught doing it in multiple other occasions. Support real news with real reporters doing real original work.
