Did a 5K on ol’ skinny tonight. Not the 1st (I think it’s actually the 2nd) but it was brutal. I did walk the 1st 2 1/2 minutes since that’s what I do on the big one, and after the run I walked a 3 minute cooldown. Photos r of the completed 5K, and then post - cooldown.
