I'm just working and living life. I miss all the friends I used to "see" every day on social media. The break has been very good for my mental health and I am extending it basically indefinitely. I will check in here from time to time, but I will never "scroll" on Bsky. I will just hang out here. 💕

So, I haven't been on FB for about 3 days now, and I have had a big turn around in my mental health. My anxiety is down a good deal. I feel more alert. I feel like my writing is much crisper and better than anything I've turned out recently. I feel HAPPIER. I'm having better conversations. 💕
