The assets aren't that valuable though because they cant be sold. They have sold land over the years and most companies are now regretting that because they cant expand works when they need to.

Can’t fathom why people are anti solar farms. Farmers get a steady income that tides them over poor harvests so keeps them going. Possible to use the land at the same time for sheep, crops, wild flowers with planning. Land can be returned to farming later on.
