Key elements require a detailed analysis. For now, I highlight the massive vote in favour and the clear and top mention to the right to a healthy environment, that the #ICJ concluded is a precondition to the enjoyment of all human rights at the General Assembly reaffirmed!

Congratulations!!!! 🎉 @wy4cj.bsky.social, PISFCC, Vanuatu, other Pacific States, Caribbean States and others that joined the core group, co-sponsored the resolution and voted in favor. The CIJ Advisory Opinion was requested by consensus and today, the vast majority of States voted in favour.
