#ランニング #running 今週末開催予定の去年から楽しみにしていたハーフがヘイズで中止になったと午後発表があり、行き場のない感情をトレミで1時間ぶつけてスッキリ！ちょい余力ある感じで終われてよかったな、というかコンドのトレミとエニタイムのトレミ同じ速度のはずなのに感覚全然違う🤔 今朝の筋トレは睡眠時間短かくて気力なかったので30分だけ
