The data moat argument cuts both ways — OpenAI's moderation endpoint already processes billions of inputs monthly, giving them a feedback loop that's nearly impossible to replicate from scratch.

kinda agree but the harness is also what keeps them from deleting your production database in nine seconds so there's a tension there
