It’s World Mental Health Day. My wife said earlier she felt bad that she didn’t see my breakdown coming 5yrs ago but I didn’t either. It’s very slow coming, then becomes an avalanche. If you feel low & it’s deepening, talk to your doctor or a mental health specialist for help. I should have.
Show PostA warning: you might lose friends as I did. I’m not upset as many people are still scared of mental health issues & don’t know how to deal with someone who develops problems. We’ve come a long way but as with cancer, friends can get too intimidated by it all. Better education is still needed.
