PD recovered the bike! Thief popped a tire, took to REI to have it fixed. And in stupid criminal news, it was same REI where 22’s BF had just had it fixed, put on his bike rack in the parking lot, went into mall for 30 min, came back to find it gone. REI repair guy recognized it and called the cops.
