I was trying to work out why they did this. I assumed it was more for death-bed marriages and the like Perhaps they signed a prenup and the suggestion was to do wills at the same time?
Show PostI wonder how many valuable private defined benefit pensions are dealt with by way of external sharing on divorce? The vast majority of private pensions I see are defined contribution.
