No way the pneumonic plague in Russia is "lab-made". Do people understand what Yersinia pestis in pneumonic form with gain of function as a biological weapon would mean? Neither possible antibiotic prophylaxis nor treatment, and a much more contagious bacterium that would kill 100% of the infected?
