The first time I tried to watch Contagion I found it so terrifying it took me three tries to get through it After 5 years of Covid…I now realize it was aspirational. Governments all over the world working together. People respecting science & helping their fellow man Truth is stranger than fiction

I sometimes think that ME is as just as much about dealing with the mindf#@k that the condition and PEM places you in, as the physical symptoms. It feels like you can forget how bad it can get until it happens again. A fresh hell each time.

Don’t underestimate the impact you’re making when you choose to wear a mask. You’re protecting your health & the health of your community. You’re helping ease the burden on our healthcare system. You’re standing in solidarity with disabled people & telling the government that no one is expendable
