Coun. Matt Crowley is introducing a motion to give $150,000 to Redpath to support the creation of affordable housing. He says that this is a one-time measure and Peggy Shaughnessy has faced setbacks at every step, but she has persisted. This motion "aligns our words with our actions," he adds.
