Trump just invoked a 1950 wartime law to spend $700 million propping up the coal industry, much of it to power AI data centers. A petition asks Congress to block it—coal is the most expensive, most polluting power there is, so this won’t lower energy bills, it’ll raise them. Back wind and solar.
