Submitted my comment on proposed NCA5 amendment on "high-emissions pathways". As illustrated in NCA5 Figure 1.4, range of climate trajectories were used to factor in policy & technology uncertainties. Note emissions in 2010s & 2020s already overshoot very-low SSP1-1.9 pathway, locking in warming.
