I want to found a gaming studio (which is hard enough without starting capital) which focuses on game dev as a craft and being creative and so on. But that means I need like minded people who are skilled and want to take the leap so to speak.

But I know that you can't make games alone, except for privilidged people who can be carried through long stretches of time, financially and mentally. I do not have that priviledge
