You guys want a free regression life hack? Positive self talk. Say to yourself "I'm a good baby." a few times. Do this often. IMPORTANTLY, don't just feel it - say it out loud or *with purpose* in your head. Keep reinforcing this for a week and tell me you don't feel different.

If you think it's corny at first or whatever that's fine, that's just how it feels to swim upstream of lots of culturally-imposed junk to find your real self But stick with it for a couple weeks and tell me you don't feel your brain drifting from "adult playing kid" to "kid playing adult"
