Well yeah, cancer is just cells dividing out of control, any cell in your body can become cancerous, and actually many do regularly. Your immune system takes care of 99.9% of cancers in your body.

The world's first vaccine for ovarian cancer, which teaches the immune system to recognise and attack the earliest stages of ovarian cancer, is being developed in the UK. It is hoped the vaccine (named OvarianVax) could wipe out the disease. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
