This is the reason - above anything else - that I'm counting on solar and wind instead of nuclear to replace fossil fuels: that's where the data points me.
Show PostA while ago I made this chart to illustrate that yearly additions of solar and wind (in TWh of energy) are growing fast while nuclear is largely stable. But solar and wind started small versus the older and established technology nuclear. This year we've reached a new milestone.
Show PostIt was written up by Emiliano Bellini www.pv-magazine.com/2026/09/29/s... based on the new World Nuclear Industry Status Report. www.worldnuclearreport.org/World-Nuclea... BOTH solar AND wind now produce more than nuclear per year. So both are now larger than nuclear in the absolute sense.
Show Postbesides the cilia, which structures do the colors correspond to? You mentioned slowing the beating of cilia, but many seem to arise. This usually requires differentiation steps to get there. If you primarily isolated the tissue from a patient should they not already be ciliated to some degree?
